We will go for a check up with Dr. F Wednesday morning to see how things are going.

Nothing new to report after laying in the hospital today. Have to call the office tomorrow.

Every.day.blessed: Week 1

Well, KB, you just must like when momma lays in a hospital bed. We went to the doctor today and you were a little more cooperative for the NST but Momma's blood pressure was 161/102 so the doctor checked my cervix (2cm dilated) and then sent me over to the hospital for labs and monitoring. BP was pretty darn good laying there and labs were also pretty good, except my potassium level was critically low, so we got a script for that and it's bedrest for this momma. We have to go back to the hospital on Sunday for some more monitoring and blood work. That's all we know now!

I got a call back from the doctor's office today. I'm supposed to double the norvasc, so I'll be taking 10 mg of that along with the 1500 mg of aldomet a day.

Besides a few minor things that need to be done, I'm calling KB's room complete!

An update on the blood pressure...the Norvasc doesn't seem to be helping a ton.  My blood pressure stays up in the high 150s/mid to high 90s and generally in the early afternoon jumps up to the 160s/100+.  I called the doctor's office yesterday, but they seemed to be really busy and the receptionist was supposed to have a nurse call me back, but I hadn't heard from them yesterday by the time I realized it was after closing.
